Il kimono è tornato nel nostro guardaroba quest'estate, portando un tocco di sapore orientale nel nostro quotidiano. 

E non possiamo che dire bene dei kimono: comodi ed eleganti, come non adorare la miriade di stampe e la varietà di tessuti fluidi tra cui possiamo scegliere? sono perfetti per sopravvivere alla mezza stagione con stile e da indossare su quasi tutti gli abiti estivi.

Sebbene il kimono tradizionale sia fatto di seta, con il passare del tempo si è trasformato per adattarsi alla vita di tutti i giorni e ora possiamo trovarlo in tessuti diversi, più facili da curare, come il raso e il lino, oltre che in tagli e stampe diverse, come paisley, tie dye o quelle floreali.

Se vi piacciono i capi comodi che emanano un fascino elegante, siete fortunati: il kimono è il re di questa stagione. 

Dior lo aveva stabilito chiaramente già alla sua sfilata Primavera/Estate 2021 , quando ha ha sostituito le tradizionali giacche di mezza stagione con i kimono. 

Splendidamente stampato e in tutte le lunghezze per adattarsi a ogni corpo e a ogni fisico, c'è un kimono per ogni look. 

Lo sceglierete lungo fino alla caviglia o lungo fino ai fianchi?

Se vi state chiedendo come abbinare i kimono e pensate subito ai jeans, è il momento di pensare fuori dagli schemi! 

Anche se è vero che sono splendidi con i jeans, i kimono sono perfetti anche indossati con gonne midi e mini, abiti lunghi, pantaloni culotte o pantaloncini in maglia.

The kimono is back in our wardrobe this Summer, bringing a touch of oriental flavour to your everyday!

Although the traditional kimono is made of silk, as it’s taken the high street by storm it has also transformed to suit our everyday life, and we can now find it in different, easy-to-care-for fabrics such as satin and linen, as well as diverse cuts and prints, such as paisley, tie dye or florals.

If you like comfortable clothes that ooze stylish charm, you’re in luck: the kimono is the king of the castle this season. 

Dior made it clear when its Spring/Summer 2021 runway show replaced the traditional mid-season jackets with kimonos. Gorgeously printed and in all lengths to suit every body and every body, there’s a kimono for every look. Will you choose ankle-length or hip-length?

If you’re wondering how to combine kimonos and you’re immediately thinking of jeans, it’s time to think outside the box! 

Although it’s true they look stunning with jeans, kimonos also look perfect worn with mini or midi skirts, long dresses, culotte trousers or knitted shorts. And remember you can wear it open or closed.
