Da un po' di tempo le tendenze denim si sono orientate verso tagli sempre più ampi e rilassati, ma questa stagione ha definitivamente stabilito il trionfo dei jeans baggy. 

Dite addio agli skinny: secondo Bottega Veneta, Tibi e molti altri, non ne avremo più bisogno per molto tempo.

Pare proprio infatti che on si possa sfuggire alla nostalgia degli anni 2000, e sembra che quell'epoca stia influenzando sempre di più le tendenze denim del 2023. 

Tuttavia tra vita bassa, tagli svasati e stampe, il denim è tutt'altro che noioso in questa stagione. 

E anche gli accessori non sfuggono alla tendenza, come stivali al ginocchio in denim di grande effetto che adornano la passerella di Diesel.

Insomma, i jeans slouchy hanno scalato le classifiche della moda nelle ultime stagioni, quindi se non avete ancora cambiato i vostri skinnies con qualcosa di più largo, questo è il momento giusto!

magari iniziate con un mom jean e poi passate a una silhouette boyfriend o a gamba larga, mantenendo il resto dell'outfit aderente per bilanciare le proporzioni voluminose.

Ma il modo più cool di indossare il denim la prossima stagione? Dalla testa ai piedi, naturalmente, come Britney e Justin agli AMA del 2001!

Dai maxi abiti e dalle gonne in denim ai giubbotti e ai coordinati, non limitatevi a indossare un solo capo in denim alla volta, ma cercate di abbinarli tutti insieme.

Cosa cercare:

• Abito in denim: Un abito in denim è una degna aggiunta alla vostra collezione di abiti. Facile da abbinare, scegliete silhouette classiche come uno scamiciato o uno stile midi per assicurarvi di sfruttarlo al massimo.
• Jeans larghi: Non dovete necessariamente optare per i modelli a vita bassa delle passerelle. Say goodbye to those skinnies—according to Bottega Veneta, Tibi, and more, you won’t be needing them for a long while.

There’s no escaping Y2K nostalgia as it looks like the era is influencing the denim trends 2023 too. Think low waistbands, slouchy silhouettes and printed designs, denim is anything but boring this season. 

Even our accessories can’t escape the denim treatment with statement denim knee-high boots adorning the Diesel runway. 

Slouchy jeans have been working their way up the fashion ranks for the past few seasons so if you’ve yet to swap your skinnies for something looser, now’s the time. 

Ease yourself in with a mom jean and work up to a boyfriend or wide-leg silhouette and keep the rest of your outfit fitted to help balance the voluminous proportions.

But the most noughties way you can wear your denim next season? Head-to-toe of course, à la Britney and Justin at the AMA’s in 2001. 

From denim maxi dresses and skirts to coats and co-ords, don’t just wear one denim piece, make sure you wear them all at once.

What to look out for:

• Denim dress: A denim dress is a worthy addition to your dress collection. Easy to dress up or down, look to classic silhouettes such as a shirt or midi style to ensure you get plenty of mileage out of it.
• Baggy jeans: You don’t have to go for the low-slung styles on the runways. A high-waist mom or wide-leg jean is much more flattering, cinching in at the waist and relaxing at the leg.
