How to Make the ‘Nautical Look’ Work for You

Di solito è intorno all'estate che si inizia a vedere quello che è noto come "il look nautico". 

Quella combinazione di rosso, bianco e blu blu che spesso si presenta sotto forma di righe o di fantasie ad ancore o barche a vela.  

Fondamentalmente, è quel look che fa pensare ad una gita in barca in mare aperto. 

Ebbene quest'anno il look nautico è stato in realtà una grande tendenza anche per l'inverno. 

Se non l'avete provato finora, magari perché non eravate del tutto sicure di come farlo funzionare, ecco alcune idee che potrebbero finire per renderlo uno dei vostri stili di moda preferiti.

• Maglione da pescatore
• Potreste rimanere sorprese di sapere che qualcosa di semplice come una maglia bianca a trecce possa facilmente passare per un capo perfetto per il "look nautico". Senza contare che è comodo e tiene caldo.
• Abito nautico
• Se cercate un look dal sapore classico ma con un twist sportivo, un abito blu scuro e bianco è quello che fa per voi.
• Top a righe
• Questo è uno dei modi più facili e chic per far funzionare un look nautico. Il top a righe è carino e sta bene a tutte. Ciò che lo distinguerà ancora di più però saranno gli accessori: rigorosamente blu e bianchi.
• Nautica “stratificata”.
• Avete un vestito di jeans appeso nell'armadio che non sapetete come abinare? Se è così, tutto ciò che dovete fare è metterci una maglietta a righe rosse  e bianche sotto e boom! Ecco un perfetto look marinaro con un tocco urban!

 It’s usually around the summertime that you’ll start to see what is known as “the nautical look”. 

You know, it’s the red, white and blue blue combo that oftentimes comes in the form of stripes or an anchor or two. 

Basically, it’s what makes you think about sailing out on the open seas.

Well this year, the nautical look is actually a really big trend even for winter. 

If you haven’t tried it because you weren’t quite sure just how to make it work for you, here are some ideas that might end up making it one of your favorite fashion styles yet.

• You might be surprised to know that something as simple as a white cable knit can easily pass off as being a “nautical look”. Plus, it can keep you warm when cool breezes come in off of the water.
• Nautical dress
• If there’s a party on a boat coming up and you want to look on the side of conservative, a navy and white dress will fit in perfectly.
• Striped top
• This is one of the more subtle ways to make the nautical look work for you. The stripedtop is cute. What makes it stand out even more is all of the detailing of the blue and white accessories.
•  ‘Layered’ nautical
• Got denim dress hanging up in your closet? If so, all you need to do is put a striped red shirt underneath and boom! You’re effortlessly nautical ready!
• Blue-and-white shirt
• Chevron print is a nice variation from the traditional stripes. It’s a fresh approach to the nautical theme.
