Non tutte le tendenze della moda sono le più pratiche, anzi. 

Nel corso degli anni, abbiamo girato in tacchi pericolosamente alti o tenuto i capi in posizione con nastro biadesivo e spille da balia - tutto in nome di un look (e della voglia di sentirsi) fashion. 

Quindi, quando ti arriva la notizia che i pantaloncini in pelle sono tornati come grande tendenza per l'estate 2020, sappiamo bene che non ha molto senso, ma ci meravigliamo fino ad un certo punto. Tuttavia, stranezze a parte, ci sono comunque molte ragioni per amare il ritorno in voga di shorts e bermuda.
Chi indosserà i pantaloncini nell’estate 2020? 

Se le passerelle S / S 20 sono indicative, la risposta a questa domanda sarà: effettivamente tutti. 

I pantaloncini infatti hanno avuto un ritorno trionfale sulle passerelle della primavera/estate 2020, e ce ne sono davvero per tutti i gusti: da quelli in maglia bitty di Hermès e Ferragamo a quelli in denim di Rag & Bone fino ai bikers di Brandon Maxwell.

Ma anche se vi fidate di più di marchi come Jacquemus, Saint Laurent, Dior o Alessandra Rich per impostare le tendenze, tutti i segni indicano comunque che mostrare le gambe sarà il diktat della stagione.

Detto questo, se l'idea di girare in shorts non vi convince lo stesso, provateli durante la tua prossima gita al mare.
Che li portiate con top crop o sotto un abito trasparente; abbinati a stivali o sandali, state pur certe che non potrete rinunciare a mostrare le gambe.
Basta che vi ricordiate di bilanciare gli shorts ultra corti con top a maniche lunghe o mettendoci una bella giacca sopra, alla Isabel Marant.

Not every fashion trend has to be the most practical. 

Over the years, we've wobbled down streets in dangerously high stilettos, and have kept dresses in place with double-stick tape and safety pins — all in the name of looking (and feeling) cute. 

So, when we tell you that leather shorts have returned as a big trend for summer 2020, just know that we know they don't make much sense. 

However, there are plenty of reasons to love the shorts/Bermuda trend anyway.

Who will wear shorts? if the S/S 20 runways were any indication, the answer to that age-old question will actually be everyone. 

Hot pants and bermudas staged a triumphant comeback on the spring 2020 runways—from itty bitty knit shorts at Hermès and Ferragamo to denim cutoffs at Rag & Bone and spandex at Brandon Maxwell. 

That’s right—if you trust brands like Jacquemus, Saint Laurent, Dior, and Alessandra Rich to set trends, then all signs point to this leggy trend making it big. 

With that said, if the idea of hitting the streets in hot pants shakes you to your core, give it a go on your next beach vacation and try a pair of bermuda instead. 

Whether you style them with crop tops or under a mesh dress; pair them knee-hight boots or pumps, rest assured that hot pants will make your legs sizzle.

Just remember to balance out the ultra-short shorts with long sleeves or a jacket on top, à la Isabel Marant.
