Dato che Pasqua si avvicina, questa settimana parliamo del tessuto inglese che dopo anni di oblio, ultimamente sembra esser tornato ad esser amato da tutti, anche dalle francesi più stilose.   

E quello che sembra esser diventato la quintessenza dello charme primaverile ha un nome: tweed.

Il tessuto di lana leggero tipico dell’abbigliamento inglese prima maschile da caccia e poi, soprattutto grazie all’opera di Coco Chanel, universalmente accolto anche  nei guardaroba più "in" delle signore, è tornato a far battere i cuori di tutte. 

Se volete coniugare raffinatezza e praticità, questo tessuto è l’ideale. Vi terrà al caldo (per le temperature primaverili) e vi circonderà di un’aura charmant tres chic.

Tuttavia il tweed, non è un tessuto di uso così comune e può creare qualche perplessità: ecco allora alcuni modi semplici per iniziare ad imparare come indossarlo e mixarlo al meglio, dal mattino alla sera e viceversa, per essere sempre impeccabili.

• Giacca di tweed + jeans
• Anche se il tweed è storicamente inteso come tessuto per capi eleganti, mescolarlo in mise casual è il sistema più semplice per sdrammatizzarlo e poterlo utilizzare in ogni occasione. Una giacca in tweed da abbinare a un paio di jeans ed a un top o una t-shirt ad es. è un’idea vincente, basta guardarsi allo specchio per capirlo al volo! Un paio di decolletèe tacco medio o di sneakers e una tracollina completeranno il look alla perfezione. Il tocco estroso? Un cappello baker boy. E avrete gli occhi di tutte le fashioniste addosso!
• Gonna di tweed per un look romantico chic
• Una gonna a matita o una mini, in tweed? Entrambe vanno benissimo, basta seguire il proprio gusto personale. E il mood del momento, spesso è il miglior stylist che ci sia. Potete abbinarci una maglia dolcevita a costine così come un maglioncino a righe o una t-shirt ed un blazer, un paio di pumps con applicazioni gioiello, così come un paio di sneakers, e sarete comunque impeccabili. This week we are talking about the English fabric that after years of oblivion, lately they seem to have returned to love everyone, even the most stylish French. 

And what seems to have become the quintessential spring charm has a name: tweed.

The light wool fabric typical of English men's clothing, first hunting and then, especially thanks to the work of Coco Chanel, universally accepted also in the most "in" ladies' wardrobes, has returned to make everyone's hearts beat faster. 

If you want to combine refinement and practicality, this fabric is ideal. It will keep you warm and surround you with a charmant tres chic aura.

However tweed is not a fabric of such common use and it can create some perplexities: here are some simple ways to start learning how to wear it and mix it best, from morning to evening and vice versa, to always be impeccable.

• Tweed jacket + jeans
• Even if tweed is historically intended as the fabric of elegant garments, mixing it in casual outfits is the easiest way to play it down and be able to use it on any occasion! A tweed jacket to combine with a pair of jeans and a top or t-shirt e.g. it's a winning idea, just look in the mirror to understand it on the fly! A pair of mid-heel pumps or sneakers and a shoulder bag will complete the look to perfection. The whimsical touch? A baker boy hat. And you will have the eyes of all the fashionistas on you!
• Tweed skirt for a romantic chic look
• A pencil skirt or a mini, in tweed? Both are fine, just follow your personal taste. And the mood of the moment, often the best stylist there is. You can combine a ribbed turtleneck sweater as well as a striped sweater or a t-shirt and a blazer, a pair of pumps with jewel applications, as well as a pair of sneakers, and you will still be impeccable. A mini bucket will give an additional modern touch to this already romantic look.
