Il cardigan coordinato non è una novità: abbiamo già visto in giro il reggiseno in maglia con cardigan abbinato (o bradigan, grazie a Katie Holmes), il cardigan abbinato alla gonna o alla canotta o anche ai pantaloni... ma ora il cardigan è di nuovo al centro della scena.  

E, oltre che in completo a due pezzi con le sue controparti in maglia, questo classico della maglieria è stato riproposta da portare sopra il vestito, come da Alejandra Alonso Rojas, a pelle sulle spalle come da Brandon Maxwell o persino con i pantaloncini come da Elleme.  

Fondamentalmente, non importa come indossiate il vostro cardigan questa stagione purché sia abbinato.   

Per non parlare di quanto questo capo può essere sfruttato all'interno del trend dei look tono su tono – visto in modo massiccio durante le sfilate primavera/estate 2022 –: c'è qualcosa nello scegliere con un tema a colori e attenersi agli stessi declinandolo in diversi tessuti che rende questo look un tipico esempio di "lusso senza sforzo".

The cardigan co-ord is nothing new – we’ve seen the knit bra and cardigan (or bradigan, thanks to Katie Holmes), the cardigan and skirt and crop top and even trousers, but now the cardigan is taking centre stage once again. 

Creating a two-piece with its knitted counterparts, the humble knitwear can be seen done up over a dress at Alejandra Alonso Rojas, over the shoulders at Brandon Maxwell and with shorts at Elleme. Basically, this season it doesn’t matter how you wear a cardigan as long as it’s matchy-matchy. 

Running with the theme of tonal outfits – seen heavily throughout the spring/summer 2022 shows – there’s something about running with a colour theme and sticking to the same fabrics that makes this look feel effortlessly luxe.
