TREND ALERT: ANIMAL PRINT MANIA

La natura della moda può essere riassunta in questo modo: le tendenze emergono, le persone ne vengono ossessionate per un periodo di tempo più o meno lungo, e poi scompaiono così come sono arrivate. 

Essere sempre al corrente di tutte i trend del momento può diventare davvero impegnativo - serve uno studio ravvicinato di passerelle e delle celebrità più rilevanti, senza contare l'influenza del vasto panorama culturale di punta del momento - altre volte invece, le tendenze sono così evidenti che praticamente non puoi evitarle.
Ed ecco una di queste ultime: la stampa leopardo. 

O, più ampiamente parlando, la stampa animalier.

Pelle di serpente, leopardo e tigre sono stati l'assoluta, innegabile tendenza dello street style che ha caratterizzato le ultime settimane della moda, presente in forma più o meno evidente anche praticamente su ogni singolo suo esponente.

Questa fantasia così controversa è stata sostanzialmente riconsiderata ed accettata come equivalente ad un colore neutro per l’autunno /inverno 2019: pensatela indossata con giacche kaki oversize, o su cappotti abbinati a tailleur sartoriali bianchi o crema, o ancora come tocco di colore sottoforma di stivale o borsetta.

The nature of fashion can be basically summarized in this way: trends emerge, people are obsessed over them for a longer or shorter period of time, and then it disappears as it has arrived. 

Being aware of exactly what a trend is can become pretty challenging though- a close study of runways, relevant celebrities, the influence of the broad cultural zeitgeist - other times, trends are obvious they practically hit you over the head.
And here's one of these: the leopard print. Or, more broadly, the animal print.

Snakeskin, leopard and tiger have been the absolute, undeniable trend among the street style that characterized the latest fashion weeks, spotted more or less evidently practically on every single street style.

This controversial print has been essentially embraced as 2019's equivalent to a neutral: think of it worn with oversized khaki jackets or coats, with tailored creamy separates or as a pop in the form or a boot or handbag
