Cardigan. Un cardigan definisce immediatamente il look, dandogli subito un'allure bon ton e casual allo stesso tempo. Funziona bene con sia con pantaloni, che un vestitino o una gonna svolazzante. Se desiderate mantenere il look pulito ma con un'accento modaiolo, indossatelo bianco, panna, ecru o kaki con una citura sottile stretta in vita.
Rieqilibrate i colori vivaci. Buone notizie, è ancora possibile indossare il giallo sole ed il rosa shocking, ma è il momento di riequilibrarli con un po 'di toni neutri! Aggiungete un beige, crema, o una gonna o dei pantaloni blu scuro (attenzione a non esagerare con il nero!)ad un top o un vestito vivace per rendere il vostro guardaroba un po 'più appropriato per questo periodo dell'anno. Un'altra possibilità è quella di indossare gli accessori luminosi e vivaci che ci hanno accompagnato questa estate isieme a capi abbigliamento neutri: questa scelta vi assicurerà un look fresco ma non troppo brillante. Basta ricordarsi di evitare di indossare sia capi di abbigliamento che accessori vivaci e luminosi, scegliete l'uno o l'altro, oppure rischiereste di apparire troppo sgargianti. ;)
Via libera al marrone. Il marrone è il nuovo nero per questo periodo dell'anno: si può mescolare con toni polvere o con i colori tipici autunnali o indossare ton sur ton con hardware oro per un'effetto più scenografico. Utilizzare le varie sfumature, dalle più scuro alle più luminose, è anche un sistema semplice per far apparire la figura più snella ma sempre alla moda. Ricordate però di mantenere un mood sofisticato, perciò scegliete tagli sartoriali e tessuti lussuosi come il cashmere e la seta. Provate questa tendenza in gonne e pantaloni a vita alta, giacche su misura, e cappelli fedora. Tenete presente infine che questo è un colore che è opportuno indossare solo durante il giorno.
Stampe vivaci. Dal momento che il clima è ancora caldo, gli abiti estivi con le stampe vivaci si possono ancora usare ma a patto che il look abbia un aspetto meno sbarazzino e più sofisticato. Basta ad esempio abbinare al tubino colorato accessori grandi e tronchetti per un look contemporaneo. Oppure giocare sul contrasto tra la femminilità vezzosa della stampa a fiori e la sobrietà di una giacca sartoriale e calzature sofisticate.

Cardigans. This hot look is defined by a cinched in silhouette and short sleeved or sleeveless profile. These cardigans work well with cropped trousers, a favorite dress, or a fluttered skirt. If you want to keep the look clean, wear a belted cardi in colors of white, cream, ecru and khaki.
Bright Colors + Balance. Good news, you can still wear your sunshine yellows and hot pinks, but it is time to balance them out with a bit of neutral. Add a beige, cream, or navy skirt or pant (pay attention with black, it’s too early in the year for a lot of that!) to a vivid top or dress to make your wardrobe a little more appropriate for this time of year. Another option is to wear bright accessories instead of bright articles of clothing; either choice will keep your ensemble fresh. Just remember, you cannot wear bright accessories and bright clothing, you have to pick one or the other or else you will look garish.
Go brown. Brown is the new black for this time of year, you can mix it with powder tones or tipical fall burn colors or wear it from head-to-toe with gold hardware for the most dramatic effect. Vary shades from darker to brighter for a very streamlined, earthy, but fashionable effect. Keep this sophisticated with relaxed tailoring in luxurious fabrics such as cashmere and silks. Try this trend in fluted skirts, high-waisted pants, fitted blazers, and fedora hats. Due to the subtly of this trend, it is appropriate to wear only daytime.
Bold Prints. Since the weather is still warm, summer dresses in bold prints are the way to go. Keep this trend simple with a sheath dress and wear with chunky accessories for a contemporary look. Feminine florals is contrasted well with a tailored jacket and sophisticated footwear.
