Gli abiti svolazzanti e flirty sono stati ridefiniti. 

I designer hanno aggiunto un po' di pepe al tutto e così hanno persino oscurato gli abiti più voluminosi, tipicamente realizzati in colori vivaci o stampe floreali. 

Alcuni hanno persino fatto un ulteriore passo avanti sostituendo il tessuto morbido e leggero con il lattice! 

Ammettiamolo, l'argento non è più un'esclusiva notturna. 

I metallizzati in generale sono stati abbastanza comuni sulle passerelle, ma l'argento ha proprio rivendicato il centro della scena come la tonalità scintillante preferita. 

Mentre questo materiale è di solito considerato perfetto per le occasioni speciali - come perfettamente mostrato da Rabens Saloner con la sua sottoveste al polpaccio con punto smock - i capi argentati si sono fatti strada tra i nostri stili quotidiani.

Designers added some spice to “everything nice” and blacked out voluminous dresses that are typically made in bright colors or floral prints. 

Some even took it a step further as to switch out the ideal soft lightweight fabrics for latex!

Let's face it, silver is no longer a night-time exclusive. 

Metallics in general was a common occurrence on the runways, but silver claimed centre stage as the shimmering hue of choice.

While the material is arguably perfect for special occasions – as perfectly displayed by Rabens Saloner with their smocked calf-length slip – argent garments have made their way into our daily rota of outfits. Why not wear your sparkly party top with tailored trousers to the office? Or with an oversized hoody to Sunday brunch?

Glittering sequins, satins, and wet-metallics are a sure way to add that extra flare to your wardrobe.
