TENDENZE MODA AUTUNNO 2021: TUTTE LE SFUMATURE DEL MARRONE
-ITA-
In

What may come as no surprise, brown is the perfect dark shade for this autumn and winter seasons.
This trend has come in many variations, from chocolate activewear to
chunky knits and suits in a warm tone.
While it may appear unassuming at first,
this color has enormous potential, thanks to its versatility. Wear it with
pieces within the same shade spectrum but with various textures.
For instance,
a suede aviator jacket with a knit rollneck dress and leather knee boots, all
in the same tone, creates a multi-dimensional outfit for a day in the city.
Alternatively, you can elevate the throwback brown suits from the ’70s with an
asymmetrical blazer and flared trousers – add some platform shoes for a
finishing retro touch.
If punchy, bold colours aren't your thing and you're
into the more subdued, low-key end of the shade spectrum, it'd be wise to swap
your whites and creams for moodier browns next season.
Mix your shades and
ensure no other colours creep in for full marks in this trend.
Loving these shades of brown.

Hello dear Silvia, I hope you are having a lovely week so far. I hope the weather in Rome is still nice, I imagine is cold but do you also have sunny days as in Barcelona?
RispondiEliminaand as usual I am excited to read your trend of the week, so what's for today? :)
Uuuuuh I probably prefer brown shades before a total black look since I think this color could get nice combinations with tones like green, pink, red, etc... Not the obvious choice when you want to pick a neutral, but I'd say brown is like an upgraded thing when it comes to talk about basics. I have a few pieces in brown but I'd also say I prefer camel tones since I am more oriented to soft tones, but of course that may vary depending on my mood.
My favorite piece is a coat in camel that is very similar to the one in an image you posted here. And I totally agree with you in the fact that this color is very 70s! Yesterday I was reading a book about Los Angeles in the 60/70s and many people used to wear brown along with orange. I bet we are going back to this groove aesthetics!

RispondiEliminaPerfect color for the season!
