TENDENZE MODA AUTUNNO 2020: L'ATHLEISURE CHIC

La tendenza athleisure ha preso d'assalto quasi all’improvviso il panorama della moda globale, riuscendo ad attirare perfino i consumatori meno interessati all'abbigliametno sportivo, seppur di alta gamma. 

Ed attualmente è la categoria in più rapida ascesa nella moda, in parte guidata dall'approvazione delle celebrità sui social media, in parte supportata da una emergente cultura del benessere che vede il confort come obbiettivo centrale anche nel vestire.

Ispirato allo streetwear ma con un cenno agli anni '80 e '90, il mercato dell'athleisure sembra esser addirittura raddoppiato nel 2020.

L'athleisure consiste in genere in felpe con cappuccio, leggins, joggers, pantaloni da yoga, scarpe da ginnastica, t-shirt e felpe.

Celebrità come Beyonce e Kanye West hanno adottato la tendenza e l'hanno fatta esplodere nel mercato dell'abbigliamento di lusso come designer, mentre altri come Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa e Rosalia sfoggiano la tendenza quotidianamente nei loro accout Instagram creando di volta in volta le tendenze athleisure che dominano il momento.

E, seppur meno dettato dalle passerelle e più dallo streetwear, l'abbigliamento sportivo ha persino catturato l'attenzione di case di moda storiche come Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci e Lanvin, che hanno lanciato le proprie linee di abbigliamento sportivo di lusso, con loghi ben visibili sui capi.
E naturalmente molti altri marchi sono entrati nella scena athleisure con opzioni più convenienti, ma comunque lussuose, incentrati su tessuti di alta qualità che offrono un look più su misura rispetto alle tute larghe e senza forma dei decenni precedenti.

Questi marchi, con quelli sportivi in prima linea, sebbene più accessibili agli acquirenti, offrono comfort e qualità a un prezzo che la maggior parte delle persone può permettersi.

The athleisure trend has taken the global fashion landscape by storm, invited by consumers interested in high-end comfort. 

This is in fact the fastest-growing category in fashion, in part driven by celebrity endorsement on social media and a growing wellness culture. 

Partly inspired by streetwear with a nod to the 80s and 90s, the athleisure market is expected to double in 2020.

Athleisure typically consists of hoodies, leggins, joggers, yoga pants, sneakers, t-shirts, and sweatshirts. 

Celebrities like Beyonce and Kanye West have adopted the trend and exploded it into the luxury clothing market as designers. Others like Billie Eilish, Dua Lipa, and Rosalia also sport the trend across their Instagrams wearing athleisure trends that are dominating this 2020. 

Less dictated by runways and more by streetwear, athletic wear has even caught the eye of historic fashion houses like Chanel, Louis Vuitton, Gucci and Lanvin, launching their own lines of luxury athletic wear, logos emblazoned across garments.

However, many brands have entered the athleisure scene with more affordable but still of high quality options focused on high-quality fabrics that offer a more tailored look than the baggy tracksuits of previous decades. 

These brands though more accessible to buyers offer luxurious comfort at a price most can afford.
