OOTD: New Year's Eve Dresses That Will Make You Want to Stay Up Past Midnight

Capodanno – c’è chi lo ama e c’è chi lo odia. 

Ma qualunque siano i vostri sentimenti nei confronti di questa festa, probabilmente a tutte piace indossare un bel look particolare e sentirsi un pò diva per una sera. 

Quindi, quali sono le regole per il look di Capodanno? 

Un po’ come per Natale, tutto è più “over the top” (in questo caso in modo assolutamente eccezionale, ovviamente) rispetto al solito abbigliamento da festa.

Personalmente sono per passare l'ultimo giorno dell'anno alla grande, indossando l'abito più stravagante e favoloso che trovate (certo, entro i limiti del buonsenso comunque), e se questo significa paillettes all-over, velluto e trasparenze, va bene!

Anche se devo ammettere che poi non ho mai realmente investito in questo tipo di abiti, se non altro per il fatto che occupano prezioso spazio nell’armadio e che probabilmente li metterei una sola volta.

In ogni caso, so bene che questo principio non vale per tutte, quindi ecco una regola generale con il quale la maggior parte delle ragazze potranno dirsi d'accordo: se è un vestito che vi fa venir voglia di ballare e stare alzata fino all’alba a far baldoria e vedere i fuochi d'artificio, allora vale la pena comprarlo, sia che si tratti di un minidress tutto glitterato o di un ensamble top-pantaloni nero.

In fondo quello che conta è sentirsi bene (e belle) e divertirsi senza pensieri per tutta la notte, no?

New Year's Eve some love it, some hate it. But whatever your feelings towards the event, probably everyone want to spend it a nice party look. 

So, what are the rules for the New Year's Eve looks?  

Similar to Christmas, everything is more OTT (in a totally great way, of course) than the usual everyday party attire
I’m keen to spend the last day of the year on a high, wearing the most fabulous dress I could find. (certainly, within the limits of common sense anyway), and if this means all-over sequins, velvet and sheerness, then so be in!
Although I must admit that I have never really invested very much in this kind of clothing, at least because they occupy valuable space in the closet and that I would probably wear them only once.
However, that's not always for everyone, so here's a rule most can agree on: If it's a dress that makes you feel like dancing and staying up until at least two minutes past minute to catch the fireworks, then I suggest you buy it, wether it’s a glitter ball iteration or the dress that'll be all over among fashionistas.
After all what matters the most is how you feel and having fun carefree all night long, isn’t it?
