Take a breath and...

Quanto può essere divertente scattare foto sott'acqua lo avrete capito dal post di ieri :) ma fino a che punto si possa sfruttare questa condizione è ancora impossibile da definire!
Basta guardare queste foto: le possibilità che offre il fatto di stare in sospensione ed i volumi che si creano nell'acqua sono elementi che si possono combinare nei modi più diversi per dare vita a scenari davvero fantastici!

How much can be fun to take pictures underwater you may have guessed from the yesterday post  :) but how far we can exploit this condition is still impossible to define!

Just look at these photos, the possibilities offered by the fact of being suspended and the volumes that are created in the water are elements that can be combined in a lot of different ways to create amazing scenery!

Ragazzi/e Lunedì parto per le Isole Eolie e per la prossima decina di giorni non penso che avrò la possibilità di aggiornare il blog come ho fatto finora, sia perchè credo proprio che non ne avrò il tempo, sia perchè starò sempre in barca e non so se avrò la possibilità di connettermi!

Hey guys, next Monday I'll leave for the Aeolian Islands and for the next ten days I do not think I will have the possibility to update the blog as I did before...

This because I really believe that I will not have the time, and I'll always be on a boat and I don't know if I will have the connection!

water inspiration

L'acqua e tutto ciò che la circonda è una bella fonte di ispirazione anche per il look: le varie sfumature di blu, la lucentezza, i colori dell'ambiente sottomarino sono ideali per provare ad abbinare nuovi tessuti e combinazioni cromatiche, la fluidità e la trasparenza invece sono perfetti da prendere come spunto per quanto riguarda tagli e forme.
Insomma c'è davvero l'imbarazzo della scelta, ed il risultato è proprio adatto alle serate estive, che ne dite? :)

The water and everything that surrounds it, is a great source of inspiration for the look: the shades of blue, the shine, the colors of the marine environment are ideal to try to combine new fabrics and color combinations, and the fluidity and the transparency are just perfect to take as a starting point for clothes cuts and shapes. 

So there's really a lot of choice, and the result is just right for summer evenings, don't you think? :)

Diving in a wonderful world...

Se vi è mai capitato di fare immersioni, lo avrete sicuramente notato: sott'acqua c'è proprio tutto un'altro mondo, molto diverso e decisamente affascinante.
E' facile quindi intuire come nel realizzare fotografie subacquee sia semplice lasciarsi andare all fantasia e ricreare ambientazioni surreali, viste anche le infinite possibilità di giocare con il movimento di abiti e capelli e di provare le inqudrature più diverse.
Ecco, l'editoriale di oggi è un esempio perfetto di tutto ciò, nonostante i set non siano poi così elaborati, l'effetto finale è sorprendente, e solo grazie al gioco di luci e di movimento! :)

If you've ever did scuba diving, you may have noticed: there's a whole new underwater world, very different and very charming. 

So you can imagine how easy it is, in taking pictures underwater, to let go the imagination and create surreal environments, also thanx to the endless possibilities to play with the movement of clothes and hair and try out different inqudrature.

Under the sea

Pensando alle foto sott'acqua l'associazione più immediata è quella con tutto l'immaginario che ruota attorno alle sirene.
Ed in effetti ci vuole anche poco per ottenere quell'effetto: date un'occhiata ale foto di questo editoriale, gli abiti sono vestiti da sera che all'asciutto non ricondurrebbero così facilmente al mondo sottmarino, ma basta che la modella faccia un tuffo e la prospettiva cambia completamente, forte vero? :D

Thinking about the photos underwater the more immediate association is with all the imagery that turns around  mermaids.

And in fact its pretty easy to achieve that effect: look at the pictures of this editorial, all the dresses are evening gowns that dry are not so easily connected with the underwater world, but is enough that the model does a dive and the perspective changes completely, cool, isn't it?  : D
